My door locks do not always lock the car and I have had an issue when I cannot unlock

Have you checked to see if there is 12v to the actuator? Does it happen with all doors or only one?

It happens to the passenger side door we can manually lock it however it is not necessarily locked you can still open it at times but not without consequences of the alarm going off. This has been going on for quite a while. Now the drivers side has given me some issues as well. I could not unlock the door the other day and the alarm went off when it did get unlocked.

If it won't unlock manually, I suggest that you remove the door panel and check the linkage to see if it is working and adjusted properly.
