Check fuses and wnd what exactly is it doing? No heat?Defrost?

Cant switch it from defrost. Blower works fine.

Check for a broken cable that has an arrow to it in pic attached.

There are no cables. Uses voltage to change

Everything for a 96& 97 sebring shows cables and nothing else. Are you sure it's the right car?

Ok check the actuator and linkage where I have pointed out on drawing. See if it's getting power or not but before you do that try pulling HVAC fuse for 60 seconds with key on then reinstalling and waiting another minute. That sometimes resets that actuator to work again. If it's getting power then you need a new actuator or blend door is broken I coldn't get all of the pic in tosend.

I found the problem. My battery was weak and held less than 12 volts which sent faulty readings to bcm. Replaced battery and all is fine. Thanks for trying
