Automatic Self adjuster rear brakes

My rear drum self adjusters are rusted and no longer work. I called the dealer and they said they have a total of 190 back ordered through out the nation. Is their anyway I can convert to a regular adjuster then I can adjust them manually when needed. Thx

No, stay with the factory ones. Did you check aftermarket part stores? I have never has an issue getting these

Check on e bay or amazon. Rock auto is a good one too
