1996 Chevrolet Van running lights dont work

The brake lights and blinkers work on my 1996 Chevy 1 ton van but the running lights are not working. I have checked the fuses and they are fine. I am unsure of the schematics but am almost positive it is a wiring issue. Can you tell me what to look for specifically?

I am assuming you have checked the bulbs and the ground on this. The grounds for rear on interior behind wheel wells. The fronts are lh front and rh rear of engine. Also check battery tobody ground. Then check to seeif the brown wire leading to them h as power if it does then it's either r a bad bulb or ground issure. If not it may be a headlight switch.
