I was driving down the road and something popped under the dash and I lost all electrical power in my car. Is there a main fuse somewhere that has blown out?

It has a number of main power supply fuses but they are all under the hood. You could have a problem most anywhere in the car and you will have to start doing some testing to find out where you are losing it.
