I have a 1996n Chevy Silverado P/U with 197,000 mi. When using the A/C the bottom portion of the interior A/C housing sweats and drips inside the cab. This seems to happen more when the fan is on low speeds. I can't find any sort of drain hose or anything like that which may have been plugged.

There should be an evaporator case drain tube underneath the vehicle on the firewall. Sometimes they can be tricky to locate. this video will help

Safely raise the vehicle and - from underneath - look closely for the tube. Most times they can be unclogged, but if it has been happening for some time, it can lead to premature evaporator corrosion/failure.
