O2 sensor?

I've got a 96 S-10 with forced induction, and recently I've been getting fault P0147. I've changed the O2 sensor, could this be a bad cat or I've read a little about possibly a bad coolant temp sensor?

This code usually means that the o2 sensor is bad, it is the sensor behind the catalytic converter. Could be the CTS not switching

Yep, I changed the sensor 3 days ago and the fault came back. CTS not switching?
