Windshield washer system

Six cylinder front wheel drive automatic 197,000 miles

While trying to diagnose the reason the windshield washer system stopped working I broke the plastic nipple on the part at the engine firewall that passes the fluid from the pump hose to the hose to the wipers. I cannot find the name of this part or how to replace it. To further describe it; it appears the electrical connections meet within this part and it allows the fluid to pass through from the engine compartment to the windshield wiper compartment.

Wiring diagram of wiper/washer system is below. Just follow whatever color the wires are that you speak of and match them to the colors in the diagram.

I thought the washer motor was on the bottom/back of the fluid tank?
