Vacuum hose

This is about a 96 Chevy Corsica, 6 cylinder engine. There is a vacuum hose going to the transmission from the engine. The hose has broken about 8" from the transmission and I have no idea where it came from the engine, since I cannot find the other end. Where does this hose attach to the engine?

Look for the fitting from the air box to the intake manifold. More than likely the vacuum is fitting you are looking for is on or near the intake manifold. It might be hard to see if there is still some of the hose left on it.
