have a 96 cavalier 2.2. replaced fuel injector but i believe a piece of the o ring fell through the cylinder head into the block. tried starting but was locked in place. took the head off but couldn't see it. rotated engine by hand fine. put it all back together and it locks up. can a small piece of rubber lock up an engine?

Anything came out -such as coolant/oil-you sure nothing else drop in, other than the O-ring
