What's next to try b4 take out whole blower?

I have a 1996 caprice classic with a blower motor that doesn't blower at all, I changed the resistor and still nothing. What would be my next move to getting some heat pumping in there?

Try the direct power from the battery if it turns On-test the blower switch

The blower switch? Would that be on the blower or the switch **** in car cabin dash?

Ps bought a new whole blower skipping over the switch checking or is there not a new switch in this box? Is there a new switch as well?
