Studders when taking off but is fine when getting around 20 mph.

I have a 96 blazer 4x4 2 door. It is studdering when taking off but is fine when I get to about 20mph. Ive changed spark plugs and fuel filter, any idea's

Check to make sure the fuel pressure is within spec. Also, make sure plug wires are good as well as distributor cap and rotor. Also, check for vacuum leaks around the intake area.
