The fuse for the radio/pwr windows blows repeated. Sometimes the fuse will last weeks, sometimes a few minutes. I've tried leaving the radio off, not running the AC, all kinds of different situations. Any suggestions as to where to start?

For power window trouble, check the wires between the door hinges to see if any are frayed or broken.

If you can get it to act up, replace the fuse with a pair of spade terminals, a pair of small jumper wires, and connect them to a 12 volt light bulb. When the circuit is powered up and the short is present, the bulb will be full brightness so don't let it touch plastic door panels or carpeting. Now you can move stuff and unplug connectors to see what makes the short go away. When it does, the bulb will get dim or go out.
