Car wont start on cold days, it will turn over.

Car wont start on cold days, it will turn over but wont fire, if it does fire it will die fairly fast and won fire again. Already got new battery and cables and tried starter fluid. Still nothing

Have fuel pressure monitored when cold and the issue is happening

Any way it could be a clogged fuel filter. I tend to buy cheap gas

Not that I can find, sorry, i'm not to great with cars and super poor lol. Shouldnt it at least fire a bit with starter fluid though?
