How do you replace a drive belt tensioner assembly. Serpentine belt came

Serpentine belt came off. Looking at the diagram for putting the belt back on I am missing the tensioner. It must have broke off.

Did bolt break and still inbedded in block? Or is part of tensioner assembly still there? Unbolt and replace it.

The tensioner is secured to the engine via bolt #11 (8mm allen).

On the back of the tensioner is a "locating dimple" which allows
for correct placement of the tensioner.

Actually, it might even be a 10mm allen head bolt. It's been a
while since I had to remove one.
