1995 Toyota Corolla speedometer

1995 toyota corolla auto. Speedometer works irrationally, changed speed sensor, still does same thing.
Speedometer does not move off of "0km/hr till you get up to approx. 80 km/h and then it flys up to 110k/hand just sits there and then when you slow down it just falls back to 0k/h

Proberbly a faulty speedo head in the cluster.

Is it hard to fix, go to wrecker etc.

Easier to get a second hand cluster, that will be the easiest fix.
