I have an issue with my 1995 toyota corolla 1.6 lt. It has a problem When I set the timming 15 dg btdc it runs poorly. It bogs down when accelerating mostly happens when car is warmed up. Also spark plugs build a black carbon around them. But when I advance the timming it runs perfect but still has alittle bogging to it. Either way it runs poorly up hill will not exceed 25 mph. And does not do so great on gas. Here are some things I have changed.

New timming belt checked and is lighed up properly
New tps also set at 4 v
New distributor with igniton module and coil, cap, rotor
New spark plugs gapped and new wires
New Map sensor
New vaccum lines
New fuel pump and new fuel filter
New air filter
New intake manifold gaskets
New magnaflow cat conver and exhaust piping and muffler
Cleaned throttle body and iacv
Set idle to 750
Did compression test all 170 psi accross
New egr valve and egr heat sensor and vaccum module and gasket
New sparkplug cylinder seals
New pcv valve
New motor mounts
New drive axles
New brakes shoes and rotors, drum brakes
New fuel injector seals all of them
New transmission and torque converter filled with synthetic automatic trans fluid

New radiator and coolant sensor and water pump.
