I just replaced my alternator and battery a month ago in my 1995 Toyota Celica. The car has been running fine until yesterday. I was going about 25-30 miles an hour when the car seemed to start loosing power as I was changing gears. Then the speedometer stopped reading, followed by the car dying completely. I had to jump it to get it started again. What could be the problem if it is not the battery or alternator?

Needing a jump start means the battery is drained and from description, I would point to a charging problem. Have the alternator tested (preferably an on vehicle test) and check all its connections. Check for blown fuses and bad connections.
