I have a toyota 4runner and it has problems shifting correctly while cold but when the temperature gage gets to the middle it will switch right. I've tryed clicking the overdrive button to see if it will change while cold but it stays the same till hot. When its not switching the rpms are runing about 4-5, ooo.

I guess it would be called a timing belt and I will let you know about the codes if any later on when I go to autozone.
