95 4runner 3.0L auto slowly lost power like it was running out of gas. I pulled tank n pump to find out pump was good but only comes on when engine is cranking over. I put back together n it started rite up but died. If it sets for awhile it'll almost start. Otherwise it'll just keep turning over. I have fuel to the rail n good spark. Wat else besides the ECU would keep the injectors from working.

What is the exact fuel pressure?

Fuel pressure is exactly 41 lbs.
