Pulled off fuel line on fuel filter and confirmed fuel was being delivered

Re check your timing. It sounds like you are off timing.

Re:ASEMaster6371 Thank you. You were right. I used the wrong crankshaft mark. Used the pulley notch first time. But there is a mark behind the gear that I needed to use.

The tensioner has a spring to tension the timing belt. If you are this far, replace it now so it gets the proper attention.
