does my 95 saturn 1.9 have a\c orifice tube

No orifice tube what is the problem you are having with the a/c?

cant get it to fill right the normel 25 to 35 on the low and 140-200 on the high side

So was it empty when you started?If so how much have you put in so far?Your filling it from the low side with the a/c on and it idling?
