1995 Pontiac Transport rear wheel won't work

My serpentine belt broke I just replaced it. It has been sitting still since belt broke last sunday belt was replaced now the rear tires won't move the front it shifts into gear but the tires won't turn what could it be.

When you say the rear tires won't move, are they skidding when you try to drive? Have you taken the rear tires off to check if something has rusted in place, broken, or is damaged?

They are locked up my dad tried to rock it he said when it went into drive and went forward they stayed lock up and when he put in reverse it the were still kocked up but it felt like he was being towed up hill backwards

Something with the brakes has locked. It could be rust. You need to remove the tire and check each side. Was the car parked with the parking brake on?

A week or a month? Did the belt break first or has the vehicle been sitting for longer? Was the parking brake on?

The belt broke first and didn't get put on til last sunday. No I didn't put parking break on. I drove it til belt broke it happened after I drove into the trailer park I baby sit at was flooded and didn't see how bad it was cause it was at 4am and poor lighting
