Replaced the starter, battery and battery cables on a 95 Pontiac Grand AM. Now the car turns over but won't start. Can smell the fuel when we turn it over but it refuses to start. It didn't do this prior to putting in new parts. We were told to check the fuseablt link and fuses in the power distribution box but we can't locate either. Can you help?

I would suspect that you left one of the fusible link wires off the starter when you replaced it.

2.3 L--4 cyl. Had to push start and pop the clutch to start it and only half of the battery was working prior to new parts. Just had ignition module tested and it failed. Needs to be replaced.
