Drivers Front brake is sticking. Replaced the caliper but that didn't help. I was hoping I could just change the Master Cylinder. But as I took a look at it and thought more about it, it seems like that wouldn't just affect a single wheel (would it?)

I am afraid this is a problem in the ABS part of the system.

Please tell me I'm wrong! :)

Could be the caliper or the brake hose is collasped internally acting as a check valve

Just wanted to reply, sorry it's been a while.

For me it was, indeed, the rubber hose for the brake line. Replaced that and it's been as good as new ever since!
