I have a 95 SSEI bonneville, I want to be able to run the fuel pump continuously instead of just 2 seconds while putting the ignition on so I can empty the fuel tank with the pressure line going at the fuel filter.

Hi ste_gars_la, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation

Disconnect the fuel pump connector and power the gray wire from the battery positive post

Easiest way is to pop the cover off the fuel pump relay and squeeze the contact. You can use a rubber band to hold the contact.

You can locate fuel pump prime connector front right of engine compartment

connect a fused jump wire between it and battery positive

or
locate Fuel Pump Relay On passenger compartment relay center, behind right side of dash

With key on pin #87 should have power use a fused jump wire and connect terminal #87 to #30 that should get the pump running too

always use a fused wire
