#16 fuse in my fuse block keeps blowing. When it happens, the car just dies. No spark, no fuel. Everything shuts down. The car will turn over but, will not start. What could be my problem. I have replaced the fuse several times.

That fuse controls or sends power to just about anything to keep the car running. Have it scanned by a pro and see if anything is showing up to cause this. It could also be a wire shorted out doing this. Also have the battery checked for condition including load test. You'll need a pro scanner becaue part of the power wgoes to abs which autoparts can't read.
