Im sorry meant to say has not been run in 2 years would like to start it to use as 2nd car what should I do toprevent damage to car I asume gas evaporated oil down to pan radiator might be dry shoul I remove spark plugs for first fire up lube something have already cheged batterry to full

Change the oil check all the fluid levels remove all the old gas and put fresh gas in. You could spray a little wd 40 in the plug holes before starting it.

I would also change the fuel filter.
