My 95 cutlass cirea stops running after driveing it for about an 1/2 hour and I shut the key off and restart it and can go again

How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? If your fully obd1 compliant, you can check your own codes, mil. Could be fuel or spark, your losing? Could be an intermittent rpm signal? Have to test when problem is ongoing.
