If its a fuel filter how do I change it. If not what could be wrong I was driving and it just quit running.

check fuel pressure.

will it keep starting and stalling? what happens when it starts if you try and give it gas?

It turns over runs for a minute then quits. I was able to move forward a few feet.

that sounds like a crank sensor problem.
