I changed the cables on the battery. And the battery is good. It has an after market alarm.

My truck will start only with a screw drive touching two wires together. Is this an ingation problem or a starter problem. Also I try to get the relay or fuse out of the box and it is stuck what can I do to get it out of the box to change this. This is a 95 pick up. What should the fair cost of repairs be on this truck.

Sounds like you have a wire that didn't get connected or has a poor connection. Can you follow whatever you're connecting with the screwdriver and describe what they go to or what they look like? Colors too.

3000 GT is not a truck. You have to be specific with the model so we can get the correct data.

It is not a starter fault if you can crank it.
