Just changed the tie rods and links fo both sides in the front of the car and the steering is hard and if I cut the wheel to much it keeps turning by its self. Also when I hot bumps, pot hole and water puddles it moves over maybe I made them too tight. What do u think it is.

Did you have it aligned? Given the symptoms AND the recent service, it suggests the two front wheels are steering in different directions. You should be able to swivel the ball and socket parts of the tie rod ends too. That's not an issue if you have rack and pinion steering, but it is if you have a steering gear box and the inner tie rod ends have a ball and socket too.
