Why my 1995 town car stalls for no reason and then 5 min later will start?

When it refuses to start, have you checked to see if there is spark and fuel to the engine? Can you hear the fuel pump run for a couple seconds when you first turn the key on?

No but some times after I get gas fron the gas station it does'nt want to start and I have to wait about 5 min

I want you to check something. Under the hood, there is a fuse block. Open it and look for the EEC relay. Switch it with another one that has the same part number to see if it starts.
