Ever since I started using the heater this year, my windows fog up terribly on the inside. What would cause that?

Well, Fogging is sometimes normal upon turning on the Defrost

If your A/C works, Defrost, most of the time activates it to run, thus removing moisture from the air---prior to it being blown up against the glass

Then there is the "Dark Side"---Heater core leaking (NOT GOOD), or possibly the hoses may be leaking, just as they enter the fire wall (best case!)

Hope it's just some tightening or heater hose replacement!

Reply back saying it was an EZ fix
