I have recently had 3 of my windows stop going up. The front passenger side has fell of the track, but the motor and cable are fine. The back driver side cable is broken, and the rear passenger side jsut recently went down but won't come up, but I can here the motors running on all of them. Any kind of help will be appreciated.

You have 3 individual problems with each door concerned.

You need to remove the door panel to reinstall the door glass for the passebger side, The run channle needs to be looked into as well as they would cause door glasses to tilt when they becomes too tight.
For the broke cable, you would need to replace the door glass regulator assy.
For rear passenger side if the motor is running and glass not coming up, most likely you would need to replace the regulator assy as well.
