1995 Hyundai Accent electrical problem

When I used the left turn signal. The temperature gauge pointer jump to the red mark. The same hapen when flasher switch is activated. Somebody tell me could be a ground. I inspect all of them and seem ok. Any help will be much.

Symptoms do indicate a fault with the ground circuits. How did you do the inspopection? Did you try to clean and retighten them? This is a body ground problem and the most likely area would be the ground connections behind the headlights.
