Need info on marks on steering wheel to line up

Got a honda prelude 1995 si 4 wheel steer just over hauled the steering rack and trying to find marks on the steering wheel to line up cant find them

This must be done an a wheel aligner and you must get a 4 wheel alignment done, you will not get it correct by eye, get it wrong and you will destroy tyres quicker than blinking.

Hi I am not doing a wheel alighnment yet I am trying to find the line up marks on the steering wheel referd to as the cable reel alighnment marks yellow gear tooth in my manual it said I shoul line up the mark with the steering wheel on do I have to take the steering wheel off to line every thing up
