1995 Honda Prelude Car won't start

When I turn the ignition dash light come on as usual but when I turn to start just hear a click and everything turns off sometimes have to wait a minute before even the dashboard lights will work again. This has also happened when I try turning on the headlights but not always.

What you have descried sounds like a poor connection at the battery. Make sure the terminals are clean and tight. Also, check the main ground on the engine.
