Temperature gauge not working will barely register. After driving for a while then parking, fan does not come on. Antifreeze seems to be seeping out of the top of the radiator. Feels hot.

Check the hoses. If one is cold and one is boiling hot, your thermostat is stuck closed and you need a new one. Your temp gauge sounds like it is shot. If you keep driving the car and overheating it it can damage the engine. Your fan circuit needs to be looked into. Check fuses, switches and relays. Jump the fan switch and see if it comes on.
