What may be the reason for the vehicle to vibrate when it's stopped and as you move on you can smell gas. It also pulls back on the engine when you aredriving?

Vibration during idling indicates a most likely fault with the engine mounts.

Smell of gas would be attributed to leakages somewhere, a visual inspection is required to locate the source.

Pulling back on the engine during driving could be due to hesitation/misfiring, which can also cause the vibrations during idling.
