1995 Honda Accord dont run

OK just bought this car it was in wreck. Air bags are deployed the fuel pump isn't pumping no spark. Is there anyway to bypass the srs or anything to make it run need help badly.

OK I did check the main relay its fine. Is there anything else I should look for. Well the car still run with blown air bags?
