95 Accord oil pan

Noticed a whole in oil pan of a 95 accord when I went to change oil yet no oil spilled out when took bolt out and also dip stick reads it needs no oil even put oil in engine and still nothing came out

Apparently it's not really a hole then. You probably should get an opinion from a pro as to what you are looking at. You can post a picture here if you choose.

No its a hole alright I can stick my finger through into it

That's not really possible. If you had a hole that large into the engine, your oil would be all over the ground the first time it was started. Post a picture of it and we'll see if we can identify what it is.
