What does it mean when my car shakes? It was cold outside and I let my car heat up for 5 min than drove off. I drove for 2 miles than came to a stop, the car started shaking. After that 3 days later my engine light came on.

Check engine light on
Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.

My car is a 1995 and the code scanner wont work because I dont have the input. But I believe the engine light is something to do with the filters. But the shaking is a big question.
