I have a 1995 f250 fwd with a 4.9L efii engine. It wont start unless you prime the motor via air intake. I have changed the fuel filter.

Make sure to se if you can rent a fuel pressure gauge becasue some codes are caused by low fuel pressure and as you have to prime through intake kinda sounds like it's low pressure pressure shold be 45-60 psi and ground the test lead at the point I have shown in pic.
