As far as the brake lights, check the brake light switch under the dash at the top of the brake pedal lever. Make sure it isn't stuck, out of adjustment, or damaged.
As for the ABS, it could be several things. You need to have the computer scanned for diagnostic codes to identify where the problem is coming from. Many parts stores will do it for free, but make sure the have a scanner for ABS.

The very first thing I would check is to make sure both rear brake light bulbs are good. Believe it or not, if both bulbs are blown. IT WILL turn the ABS light on.
BTW, if that isn't it, and it only has rear ABS, you can ground the single wire connector under the drivers side dash(under). Ground the wire and count the flashes. That'll give you the code.

1st) airbag light blinking won't go off.2nd)brake light and rear ABS light comes on when I press my brakes to stop or slow down and don't go off

We need the code for the air bag system.

Chances are there is a break in the connection between the PCM and the odometer. As far as the ABS light, chances are there is a bad sensor or damaged wiring. Actually, the sensors hold up well. It is the wiring that causes the problems or dirt build up. Check the sensors at both front wheels and the rear axle.
