I've got a 1995 dodge ram, the battery is fully charged but I have no power at all- no dash lights, head lights, interior lights nothing. I checked the positive battery cable to the starter and that's fine, so is the ground, there's power to the main fuse box next to the battery but no power to the fuse box inside the cab. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Have you checked the small black ground wire from the negative battery cable where it is bolted to the inner fender?

Only have a '94 service manual but I think it's the same.

See if the positive battery cable is bolted to the under-hood Power Distribution Center, (fuse box). Measure the voltage on the cable coming in from the battery, the stud it's bolted to, the other stud a couple of inches to the right, then on the terminal of the cable bolted to it. If voltage is missing at any of those points, look for a blown bolted-in fuse or a loose nut.
