I Have A 1995 Chrysler Cirrus lx. It Will Drive Fine One Day and Then It Wont Shift The Next. I Dont Know What To Do Now. We Replace The Trans Module, Coolint Temp Sensor Checked Wires. Nothing Will Stop This What Do I Do Now?And What Tells The Gears To Shift? We Cant Find It Anywhere. This Is All Confusing I Just Dont Know What Else To Do Anymore, Im Almost Done Trying With This Car.

Could be the governor but you need help from a trans shop to pinpoint the failure. Get a opinion from them with a bid.

I Have A Professinal Mechanic Who Cant Even Figure It Out. He Has The Same Knoledge As Them And Same Tools and Nothing. Everything His Computer Says We Have Fixed And The Problem Still Occurs

Internal issues such as slipping will not show on a computer. That is basic hydraulics.
Get a trans shop to check it for you.
