The oil was just changed and the guy said the oil level was to high he said he changed it and put in the right amount and now it is high again about a week later what could cause this

You sure its the correct oil dipstick-might be something mixing with the oil that's causing it to be high-like fuel or coolant-double check

Yes, so I guess what I'm asking is my husband thinks it's the head gasket which I agree but he doesn't think that they ever wear out. Because it's like a slow leak into the motor oil thing. The thing has never overheated and the oil pressure has always been good and it has always got it's oil changes and belts as recommended.
