1995 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN
206,000 MILES • V8 • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

My 1995 Chevy Suburban won't pass an immissions test. The muffler was replaced 2 years ago and when it was tested it was rated at 524 and needs to be 220. What could be wrong?
