Are there any driveability issues? If not, why look for trouble? If you have three dead cylinders, which cylinders? Did you visually check for spark at those cylinders? Did you check for injector pulse?

Check the spark plugs on those cylinders after cranking, are they dry, are they wet? If they are dry, I'd have to check injector pulse. Did you use a spark tester on those spark plugs, you can open the gap on the tester, to see if spark will jump the gap, if not, it is a weak spark. You may need to check cylinder compression?
